ANYOLE® PROCESS

Anatis thus offers a simple and discreet micro-biomethanisation unit, which does not require a building permit, comprising ANYOLE® underground tanks

  • A post-digestion bag ;
  • an industrial co-generation unit (running at 1,500 rpm) and regulation ;
  • biogas, electricity and slurry connections.

The heat supplied by the combined heat and power (CHP) unit can be used for the production of hot water or heat.

NECESSARY CONDITIONS FOR ANAEROBIC DIGESTION
Anaerobiosis (absence of air)
Temperature: around 37°C
a pH between 6.6 and 7.6
a carbon/nitrogen ratio between 15 and 30.
Schema du processus

If these conditions are met, biogas is produced, mainly consisting of methane (60% CH4, 40% CO2), which is a non-fossil fuel.

This gas is then converted into electricity and heat via a combined heat and power (CHP) engine.

In addition to this energy supply, digestate is produced, which is used in agriculture as a valuable soil improver or fertiliser.

In addition to its qualities as a soil improver, which makes it a very good substitute for fertiliser, the digestate has the main advantage of being odourless.
