The technology: Anaerobic Baffled Reactor (ABR) type biomethanation system

A unique and robust system suitable for the most complex effluents

Fluid-Anyole® was specifically designed for the treatment of industrial wastewater. Based on the natural biomethanation process, it consists of a range of baffle reactors (ABR type) that can be adjusted according to the characteristics of the effluent to be treated. This allows for the absorption of daily loads of up to 3,000 kg of COD per day (chemical oxygen demand).

The design of the anaerobic reactors and their specific hydraulic regimes offer the two essential qualities of the Fluid-Anyole® system:

  1. Advanced bacteriological stability with high resistance to changes in environmental parameters (input composition, operating temperature, intermittent feeding...)
  2. Treatment of both diluted and complex organic effluents (even those difficult to treat by other processes). For example, composite effluents loaded with fat (whey, production waste...) or suspended solids (yeasts, phytopharmaceutical compounds...).

Moreover, the system does not involve any moving parts or elements that perform mixing within the reactors. The entire setup only requires standard pumps and measuring instruments for its operation, ensuring mechanical reliability. A simple but not simplistic system.
